An ultra-digestible recipe in which we've removed anything that could upset your digestion: milk, gluten, cereals... to keep you going for as long as possible.
A no-slump recipe with no added sugar (just the sugar naturally present in the fruit), for controlled, smoothed-out energy, with no glycaemic spikes. All while maintaining the energy intake required for around an hour's exercise.

One does not replace the other! On the contrary, they all work together and give you the opportunity to alternate tastes and textures to avoid becoming bored.
Not just carbohydrates
In addition to their optimal carbohydrate content, our bars stand out for their high fat content, thanks to the large number of oilseeds present and the subtle touch of extra virgin olive oil they contain. An exceptional quality olive oil, one of the richest in polyphenols and antioxidants.
Cereal-free cereal bars
Chez Baouw, nous présenterons souvent « vos barres de céréales » pour évoquer nos produits. Sûrement par habitude de langage. Mais, en réalité, c'est faux, nos barres énergétiques Baouw ne contiennent aucune céréale. Et nous avons évidemment de bonnes raisons d'avoir fait l'impasse dessus. Les barres de céréales sont riches en gluten, ce que nous ne recommandons pas.
Pour toutes ces raisons et afin d'éviter les problèmes de digestion à l'effort, nous avons remplacé les céréales par des aliments nobles : des fruits, des oléagineux, des légumes, des épices, des plantes, et même de l'huile d'olive.
